Billing Information
To keep our process clear and easy to manage, invoices are issued bi-weekly (every two weeks). Each invoice includes a detailed summary of services provided and payment details for full transparency.
Please note:
- Holiday rates apply for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
- Our billing team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance on charges, insurance reimbursements, or payment plans.
Deposit Policy
Before starting care, we require a deposit equal to two weeks of service. This deposit confirms your care schedule and ensures that we can assign a trained caregiver who meets your family’s needs. The deposit will be applied to your account balance and adjusted as services continue.
We understand that care arrangements can change, and our team will always communicate openly regarding adjustments or refunds, following our agency’s care agreement and policies.
